it was an entry-level position that started as an online application. Then a short phone interview with a recruiter. Next, they had me do a Zoom interview with two hiring managers on separate occasions which was standard. The most difficult question asked was "What is a Bond?", which to me, is a very basic question. Nonetheless, they scheduled a in-person interview where they presented me with a excel quiz. It was an incomplete spreadsheet and the task was to complete it based on the included questions. Even though it was an entry level position the HM told me they don't want to train anyone and are looking for someone who has prior experience. After 4 interviews, I never heard from them again.
