Graduate programme - 1 full day of individual and team exercises with a range of people from across core media companies. Mainly questions about me as a person as I was just graduating college. I found them to be really nice during the interview, including being interviewed with a panel that included the CEO. It made me feel that the CEO wanted to make a genuine connection with everyone joining the business.
