I found the process somewhat normal, but one of the interviewers (head of the NOC, I think) came off like a bit of a jerk. His questions were off the wall in my opinion and not questions I have ever gotten before in a technical interview. I was actually upset after the interview. Even if they offer me a job, I wouldn't take it just because I wouldn't want to work with that guy.

Very relaxed and friendly. Three team leads with laptops asking questions related to their department. Seems like communicating with each other through chat. Interview with the great view of the NOC.
