Key details — such as coordinate conventions and tile size definitions — were unclear and contradictory. A well-prepared interview problem should not require candidates to guess the interviewer's intent. Interviewer Communication: When I attempted to clarify the problem requirements, the interviewer was difficult to communicate with and did not provide helpful guidance. In a good interview, clarifying questions should be welcomed, not discouraged. Overall Impression: The experience felt unprofessional. An interview should be a two-way conversation, not a guessing game. I would encourage the team to review their problem statements for clarity and train interviewers on effective communication.

The senior engineers and recruiter were pleasant and easy to talk to during the interview process. They provided good feedback after the interview rounds and were for the most part prompt in their communication.
