After applying and passing the initial screening, my application got stuck in limbo for over a month, with messages being ignored. Eventually, I had to contact live support to get a hold of someone to proceed. This was the first red flag. Finally, I proceeded with a very extensive writing test. Although the company claims it would take one evening to complete, keep in mind that this is an optimistic estimate. If you want to double-check everything, expect a solid day of work. Except for a generic rejection, I received 0 feedback for all that work- second red flag. Consider someone else if you're looking for a transparent employer that values your time.

Phone interview, more interested in the actual writing than what I had to say. There were practical writing assignments (editing a content piece and a write-up on a chosen topic).
