The company contacted me withing one week of applying. In my first interview, I talked to three associates and the vice president over a phone call (she was out of the office that day). The questions were very straight forward. Each of them went write into asking me what exactly interested in the position and how my skills could benefit them. At the same time I had an opportunity to answer questions about the position and the company's expectations. I felt very comfortable answering all the questions and the associates were very welcoming.
