First interview was over the phone, it was brief and they asked about past and current jobs and what I was looking for. Got asked for a 1 on 1 interview , was easy and very informative about the position. They asked if I could take a self assessment test, which took 2 hours. There were a lot of questions about who you are as a person.

I applied online and received an email within a couple hours about a phone interview. After that I went in for an interview at the Burnsville office. After the interview they gave me a personality test the same day. They scheduled me for a second interview and canceled it because they went with someone with experience which was understandable. I applied to the Rochester position and the sales manager from the Burnsville office called the sales manager at the Rochester office to let them know about me. I had an interview, had to send in three strengths and three weaknesses in an email, and had a working interview and got the job. So in total this took about two months, but once i met with the sales manager in Rochester it took only two weeks Both of these sales managers were absolutely great people and I look forward to working with them.
