It was a fairly smooth process. First I had a quick screen with the recruiter and then from there was with the hiring manager until my offer, I think (no panels, no meeting with CEO's etc.). It was a little long, but honestly it helped me build a rapport with my supervisor before my first day which ended up making the first day an easier transition.
One thing they do differently after you are hired (and after your first day) is something called Key Person Interviews with 6 different key people. You run the interview and find out more about their perspective on Coordinated and their experience with the company. I think it is a great way to get to know people in the company you'd normally not work with.
