I had a total of two interviews. The first interview was a phone screening with the head Human Resources recruiter for Cool Planet. She was very in-depth and good at her job. She asked for references and then actually checked them before inviting me into an in-person interview. The in person interview was a bit disorganized as they didn't know who to pass me off to next for questioning. Also, I picked up on internal team tensions between co-workers. Overall, the questions were not very challenging and everyone I met seemed to enjoy working there.
