I applied on the website, was notified 2 weeks later that a recruiter would be in contact with me. Recruiter called me at 6 AM to set up an interview. I happened to be awake, but this was rather unprofessional. Had the phone interview and moved me right along for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I was interviewing for a territory that I did not live in, so I had to pay for my own flight, etc.
The interview itself was rather uncomfortable based on being in a busy location. The questions were all over the place and some of them had nothing to do with the position (If you could be a fruit, what would you be?).
They got back to me within a week letting me know that I did not get the position. Here's the kicker, I didn't receive a phone call or personalized email from the internal recruiter. I got a standardized rejection letter that you typically receive when you apply online and the system rejects you.

One video call and one in person They asked me to prepare a 20-30 minute presentation. I had to present my work as well as sit through a panel interview with their national sales manager and two regional managers .

Interviewed with a panel of 3-4. Had to create a business plan for the territory. Assignment was given 1.5 weeks in advance. Be ready to answer questions about relationship management, sales skills and strategy.
