Entretien
The interview process was extensive. The interviewers seemed knowledgable and asked questions relevant to the role. I got the chance to interact with the team members and founders who were passionate and technically proficient. I believe the company is trying to solve a real issue and the tech seems to be cutting edge. It looks like a good company to work for.
Guys , the two co-founders (Krishna & Sharique) are not on the same page. As a person who was interviewed with them for over one month ,they both game me completely contradicting feedback which reflects poorly upon them . Clearly the two of them need to sort things out between them before wasting the candidate's time. Sharique is extremely rude , he needs to learn some manners. Krishna , on the other hand , is very professional and polite. If this is the manner in which they conduct interviews , I wonder how they run the company ! Its no surprise their employees don't stick , have a look at their attrition rate.
