The interview process was highly mismanaged and dis-organized. I had to keep reminding the 3rd party recruiters they use all the time in spite of clearing the interview rounds and making it to the next rounds. I made it to the final in person interview and met different people from the organization, after which the "ghosting" phenomena started. All I wanted was closure and I kept sending follow up emails which were conveniently ignored by the same recruiters who were slow to act but fast to respond earlier. After a few attempts and post 3 weeks, I was told that a decision was to be made and i would know about it in a week. (basically they meant - we are trying to avoid you, but you just won't go away on your own). Wonder why would someone lack the basic empathy and leadership ability to send a "thanks, but no thanks". I had read in some previous reviews about "how they ghosted a candidate" but didn't believe it until i experienced it first hand.
