I was connected to a recruiter and we had a brief intro phone call where she confirmed what was on my resume and asked me about my interests... she also sent me job descriptions that she thought I would be interested in and asked me which ones I preferred but then I did not hear back for months to only find out that I was not qualified enough when I wasn't even given an interview with the actual hiring manager to prove myself. The process was dragged on for months and was disappointing overall.
