First it started off the Talent Acquisition Specialist kept emailing because she needed to keep rescheduling my interview and I already could sense the disorganization but nevertheless I continued . Second there was a work attitudes aptitude test and this is where it gets weird- the whole vibe of the interview is they have hired some agency out of Canada (to call you and discuss the test results ) before you are even able to meet with a manager (eye rolls). The whole energy of that was off-putting to say the least. That lets me know that they probably have lost out on some good candidates from this alone. My advice to other applicants make sure you have other offers in elsewhere as well.
