Phone interview first. Basic questions related to my experience working in a call center. I received the gist of the what the job entailed.
Next was the face to face interview with a manager and the supervisor I did my phone interview with. I was given a total of maybe 10 questions some scenario and or behavioral. You had to answer a certain way to score high enough to be considered from what I gathered.

Entretien
A two interview process, the first being a telephone interview with the supervisor . If successful with the first interview, then a second interview is set up a couple of days after the first. This is an in person interview with the supervisor and department manager at Contractor Connection.
