the interview process was initially a phone interview followed by an onsite interview and presentation to the client, leading to the successful offer of employment. I found the interview process easy and insightful giving me the right amount of information on the client prior to my client based interview. The Continuum recruitment staff were professional and ensured I had as much information on the client company to ensure I got a job offer.
