The interview process involved two stages: the first was a one-on-one with the prospective line manager, and the second included both the same manager and a current team member. Before the second interview, I also took a personality assessment test. Overall, it was a interesting and very positive experience. The person I interacted with was transparent and accommodating. I declined for personal reasons but I feel I missed out on a very good opportunity.
