1 teams interview with the manager and a random
person who wouldn’t turn on their camera “to monitor the interview”. Some of the questions I asked at the end they didn’t know the answer to, which was an immediate red flag. Never heard back from them after following up on the status of the position which is a dealbreaker for me. Continental is probably a good company to work for but the Clinton operations seems amateurish which I expected for the Jackson MS area.
Very quick, it was all done within one week. Generally, good impression. First it was an interview with HR, later in the week with HR and department manager. Both interviews for 30 minutes.

Entretien
Phone interview and then video interview before offer was made. The phone interview was with one person, and then the video interview was with two people. Found it odd that one of the people that interviewed me was not part of my team or HR, just a third party.
