Since September 2013 we changed our interview process fundamentally to make sure that a proper evaluation of each candidate is possible. The first interview is still in most of the cases a telephone interview as we are interviewing candidates from all over the world. But whenever possible we invite candidates for a second face to face interview to our offices. However we are aware that that is not always possible and we have to conduct a video interview.
