The interview process had 3 rounds.The first round was really exciting as it was technical and help me to project the work done in my previous experiences and how can I contribute .Round 2 was section head round and was general Q&A round as why you looking for the change, what have you worked on, current location etc.Though I was through with 2 rounds and my current CTC above their standards they kept me "On- Hold" (diplomatically "on-hold" means not to considered any further).Continental really need to work more professionally by doing some pre- work before asking the candidate to come for your interview.if you are not able to meet expectation which is also so low, please reject the candidate in the initial process.This is a core feedback to HR Talent Acquistion Team and HR Compensation Team .Kindly do not waste candidate's quality time .Dont bring one way demand and just to satisy HR hiring target , no one will join your organziation by sending an acceptance to legal stamp paper as confirmation of joining .
