Entretien
Die Begrüßung war nett. Zunächst herrschte eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Dieses änderte sich als prüfende Szenarienfragen zu einem konkreten use case in der Produktion gestellt wurden. Problematisch war dabei, dass es mehrere Lösungsmöglichkeiten gab, jedoch der künftige Vorgesetzte eine bestimmte Antwort hören wollte. Das brachte mich ein wenig aus dem Konzept.

Entretien
The process included questions from the hiring manager and the manufacturing manager. The interview consisted of asking questions after some initial numerical tests (easy) and logic test (medium). There was also a computer interview that was solo.

I did a cooperative study with the company. So I had a short telephone interview and 2 days later I had a job offer. But I heard from many many people that the interview process is very long because the company tries to find the best candidate
