      Entretien

      The interview process at the company was smooth and very different from others, which I really appreciated. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: Initial Contact: I was first contacted by a recruiter (third-party) for the job. The recruiter was clear in explaining the process and expectations, which set the tone for a positive experience. Screening Round: The first round was a basic screening where the interviewer focused on my work experience, salary expectations, and a few introductory questions. This was more of a fitment round to ensure my profile aligned with the job role. Behavioral Round: After passing the screening, I had a behavioral round. This round focused on scenario-based questions. The panel (which consisted of two members) asked about how I would handle various situations, such as client interactions, team management, and problem-solving scenarios. The questions were designed to understand how you think on your feet and manage challenges in a real-world context. Technical Round: Once I cleared the behavioral round, the next round was technical. This round primarily focused on system design, where I was asked to provide scalable, efficient approaches for designing large systems. I was also asked how I would optimize and improve the system. The technical interview required a deep understanding of architecture and design patterns, so be well-prepared for this if you’re going through the same process. CEO/Co-founder Round: The final round was with the CEO/Co-founder, which was both challenging and insightful. The CEO was friendly and easy to talk to, but this round mostly focused on soft skills, leadership qualities, and cultural fit. In my case, I did not make it through this round due to a few misunderstandings or mistakes in my responses. However, if you reach this stage, it’s a good sign, and even though I wasn’t selected, the process felt very valuable. The CEO round is mainly about assessing how you present yourself, handle pressure, and align with the company’s culture and values. It’s less about technical expertise and more about soft skills, so make sure you’re well-prepared to demonstrate your communication and interpersonal skills. Final Thoughts: The interview process was structured, thorough, and challenging. Although I didn’t make it through to the final stage, I appreciate how friendly and transparent the team was throughout the process. If you reach the CEO round, remember that it’s not just about your technical abilities, but also about your ability to fit within the team and demonstrate leadership potential.
