Applied online - Phone Interview - In-person interview - UX Challenge
I had two problems with this interview: The first is the design challenge. I was asked to redesign their homepage to get their users to click the right CTA button. I'm always wary of free "challenges" that help the companies. The second is that after all the above interview steps, they didn't have the decency to send a rejection. I found out on linkedin that they already hired someone for the position. It's very unprofessional
