I applied for a web developer position online through Monster.com. The listing only described the position, but the company was anonymous. A day later I was contacted by the staffing agency that posted the opening. Within a day I get scheduled for an interview. When I showed up for the interview, I waited in the lobby until I was greeted by the hiring manager. Immediately I was instructed to take a simple skills test and was given 10 or so minutes to complete. After I completed the test, I was escorted to a meeting room where I meet two other employees. All three participated in my interview. The questions were general like what I did at my last job. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. A day later I was informed by the staffing agency that I was hired.
