Met with the head of the division I would be working in. Was contacted the next day to schedule a 2nd interview with the owner. Thereafter, met with Adam Dayan and other division heads. Mr. Dayan made me feel very at ease and further addressed the expectations for the position. Was very impressed with his dynamic personality and leadership

Can you handle a fast paced environment? There is a case load of approx 200 cases that you will be responsible for.

Got an email from HR, responded to the email and they set up an interview.
The interview I thought went well, but I was disappointed with the process, if I got an email at least stating that I did not fit with the company, I would have been okay with it, but they did not bother reaching out. Applying for jobs and looking for employees is difficult, so courtesy email would have been nice. For being a law firm, I really anticipated them to at the least just say “sorry we found a better fit.” But oh well, just glad I am not working there.
