I did my interview over the phone. It was held by a Mr. Howard head of companies H&R department. It seems the company is more interested in doing what the customer requires over their own needs. Overall what they don't make in yearly returns they make up for by being in service to others over self.

If you could make a lot of money and get financial security locked in would you do a job for no money simply because a person needed your help and could not pay for it.
If you could save the company money by doing something that was damaging to the environment but not illegal would you do it if the boss would be happy to save money.?
