First you get an open-book online assessment to complete, with a series of questions around Embedded systems alongside C datatypes and operations. The next stage was a technical interview with 2 senior software engineers. Like the company states, the interviewers do not try to catch you out! They give hints and are very helpful. Finally, there is a short call with a member of HR, this is more of a discussion then an interview. Overall this was a very good experience!
