For me the whole process went very smoothly and comfortably.
There were several interview rounds: couple of technical rounds (general programming and system-design) and couple of behavioral ones.
Every round was interesting and adopted to position and candidate level.
Company has a two-week Trial period that helped me a lot to get to know the team / project / company culture and make a final decision as well.

Interview process was chaotic. I was contacted by an engineering manager from the team I applied to who set up an initial screen with another engineering manager. 7 interviews in total: 6 of them technical and 1 with PM. No behavioral questions. 4 live coding and 2 system design. Interviewers were mostly russian speakers who interviewed in Russian. Product interview was bizarre. The guy conducting the interview said that he expected me to be available during evening hours Moscow time. Apart from that, he asked me to generate ideas to optimize for one of the product metrics, which I was unprepared for. Engineering manager interview was a system design interview really. Overall, the company's recruiting seems unorganized and they don't care what impression they make for their candidates.
6 interviews: 1. Team Lead asking about your experience and some technical questions. 2. Live coding practical problems. 3. Live coding practical problems. 4. System design and minor live coding. 5. Behavioral with product team. 6. Behavioral with your manager.
