I had several stages: 1) 3 interviews: analytics, code, ML design; 2) virtual onsite: 4 shot interviews with team leaders; 3) trial for 2 weeks: you have a task, that you should complete during the trial and present the results at the end. It may seem that the process is too complicated, but the second stage allowed me to communicate with different team leaders and the third stage allowed me to better understand who I will work with.
