Entretien
After applying, communication was pretty fast. Phone screening was great, next round sounded more like a free consultation call. It was good too, but I don’t believe the questions asked were productive or overall relevant to the position. Things started to not add up and professionalism went down hill after that. Beginning to doubt if the position was truly open to begin with. Shouldn’t have to follow up after moving so far into the hiring process (about 2 months). The amateur mistakes in their marketing needs to be handled ASAP. I believed the company had great potential that would easily be reached, they need to go in a different direction. In all fairness, I believe I was interviewed by the person they “chose”.

Entretien
It is a 3 step interview process. The first step is a short phone screening interview with the Office Manager. The second step is an interview with the marketing team. The final step is an interview with the CEO of the company.
