My original date for the phone screen was cancelled bc the recruiter was out of the office that day. I rescheduled and completed the phone screen a week later. Then I was sent a personality assessment test and completed all of those online. After about a day or two I got the invitation to schedule an in-person interview in downtown. After my in-person interview I haven't managed to hear back with a decision. It's a bit disappointing how the recruiter kept in contact with me up until the point where I asked for an update after the in-person interview. I'm still waiting for a response. It's been a month since the initial contact from the company. It's been over a week after my in-person interview. Not sure if I will ever hear back.

The interview was about 45 minutes in length and consisted of behavioral and experiential questions. I paneled with a team manager, as well as a supervisor, who helped me understand the nature of the role in depth and more of what to expect on a day to day basis.
