After the 30 minute phone screen, a 90 minute slot was scheduled which included a tour, time listening to someone taking calls, and an interview with two team leads who asked demanding but excellent questions and took lots of notes.

Entretien
The process was straight-forward but interview heavy for the type of position it was for. I enjoyed that they emailed, texted, and called me throughout the process. This helped so that I didn't get lost throughout and always had prompt reminders. They asked for a few predictive index surveys regarding my problem solving and personality/temperament. The first interview was a 45-minute conversation over the phone. The second was supposed to be a 1.5-hour in-person interview but due to COVID, we did a video call (there were 2 interviewers). Very friendly interactions with all three interviewers.
