Very informal. The other employees at this location seemed judgmental, but a couple were helpful. The manager had a vulgar plaque on his desk that made his office feel uncomfortable. He didn't ask me many questions, but assumed I was overly qualified for the position.

Efficient and straightforward interview process.
1. First interview was later in the week that I met the recruiter at a campus career fair. Consisted of questions such as where I saw myself in five years, and some basic mental math questions (eg. what is 18% of 150.
2. Second interview was a conversation based meeting with a middle manager. Basically talked about the company’s structure and culture of the program.
