It was really simple, just some sort of general questions about your goals and what you hope to do. The big thing is really more looking at your future goals and what you want to do, so have an idea of exactly what you'd like to do.

I thought that the interview process was done well, very professional and straightforward. The manager was kind and competent and I felt like he efficiently conducted the interview process. I was required to take a 2 and a half hour assessment test that gauged my skills and personality.
