Entretien
You will be given an initial paper test and Excel test. The Excel test involves basic tasks like sorting, formatting, and formulas. The paper test involves basic algebra. If you pass this then you will have a second interview with someone from HR and a billing manager trainer. They are very quick about contacting you.

Entretien
Over the phone interview.
Then a 2 person zoom interview which consisted of many questions like, moments in a job where you felt proud of yourself. Name a time when you failed even though you’ve taken all the necessary steps to be successful. And then they described the benefits, wage, and description of the position.

Entretien
The interview process was exactly as they detailed on their webpage. The interviewers were easy to talk to and the questions flowed naturally. I love how the company has an open-door policy allowing for all employees to go to their supervisors with any ideas or concerns allowing for continuous growth for the company as well as it's employees.
