- Initial interview with Manager
- Personality-based psychometric test
- In-person interview with 3 people
Seemed very interested in personality traits, with a long psychometric test. In feedback I was told I was too professional, which I found odd as I had assumed they were assessing based on competencies. The interview questions focused a lot on personal life - I got the impression they are interested in hiring people who will fit in with a cliquey culture.
Overall, neutral but odd experience.
