I was contacted by their recruiter via email, had a phone interview with one of their division heads, and set up an in-office interview for the week after. The interview started at 4:30pm and I was there until 7:30pm. I ended up speaking with three of the managing partners because they take their hiring process very seriously. The discussions were all interesting, made me reflect on certain aspects of myself and my experience, and definitely put me on my toes.
