Entretien
PLEASE STAY AWAY, especially if you are a member of a minority group, an international applicant, or if English is not your native language.
The interview process consists of three stages. The first stage involves a standard screening call with HR to assess whether your experience aligns with the job description. The second stage entails a discussion with the Head of Department, focusing on general competency-based questions to gauge your suitability for the role and your problem-solving approach. The final round includes a case-study-based interview with your potential hiring manager and colleagues, which includes tasks on prioritization.
After successfully completing all three stages, I waited for approximately three weeks, only to receive a rejection letter containing feedback that I found deeply troubling. Despite apparently meeting all requirements and performing well in the interviews, the feedback implied a preference for a native English speaker. This is not only shocking and SHAMEFUL coming from a company that builds their business around bringing diversity to other firms but also unfair to applicants who invest time and effort in the interview process. Additionally, the role was never explicitly advertised as requiring native English proficiency, yet they ultimately hired someone who meets that criterion. This experience has left me disillusioned, and I have no intention of applying to connectr again.
