The recruiter sent them my CV then I was given a coding test to do before the interview. They gave me some useful feedback on my solution to the test and then invited me for a face to face interview at their offices. I was interviewed by two of their lead developers, we had a good conversation about the coding test, React, the company and some of the projects that they are working on. The guys I met were great and it was an enjoyable experience. I decided not to accept the offer as it didn't meet my salary expectations, however I thought the company came across as if it would be an enjoyable place to work, with some interesting projects to work on as well.
