5 questions. Situational. Based understanding of your customer service and how you handle escalations. Very specific about attendance as they do not have anyone showing up. Also, how many systems did you use? The interview was over the phone. The only thing they followed correctly to adhere to the Covid-10 guidelines.

Tell me how many absences and tardies you had in the last 90 days?
First when you apply you have to take a test that asks basic customer service questions. If you pass they will schedule you for an interview. I sat in the showroom of the store with the store manager, we mainly just talked about my prior experience, he informed me of the job duties and asked if I think i could handle it.
