I applied directly on Conga's website. The week following my interview, Conga's HR team reached out to me to schedule an introductory over the phone interview. The interview was incredibly comfortable and straight forward. I then interviewed in person with two other Sales Development Representatives, an Account Executive, and a Sales Manager. The interview was fairly standard and , again, very comfortable. This is a great company filled with incredibly friendly and smart people.

1 MONTH.
The interview process from start to finish was an absolute shambles.
Initially, I was reached out by a recruiter who then told me she will touch base with the hiring manager to set up an interview. She then asked me to re-apply on a different site in which case I did and arranged an interview with herself instead.
Got to the 2nd stage to meet with the hiring manager and spent 30 minutes waiting on a zoom call to no one turning up in which case I found an email for the person meant to be interviewing me and emailed asking if it’s still going ahead which I got a reply saying, ‘ I have no interview in my diary maybe reschedule for another time. Once I messaged the coordinator and recruiter who wouldn’t pick it up until late at night due to the time difference from the UK to America, I got an apology and a rescheduled interview which I thought okay, mistakes happen I’ll continue the process. Finally got the interview with the hiring manager who never apologised nor took any responsibility for not turning up or for the situation. Tried to give me some unnecessary feedback then said I’ll put you in touch with the account executive. He scheduled it for the day after then cancelled and scheduled it for Monday then cancelled and scheduled it for Tuesday. By this point there were many red flags about the lack of professionalism in this company however I wanted to continue the process.
After the 3rd interview, I waited almost 2 weeks for anyone to get back to me and they only decided to get back to me after I followed it up.
No courtesy from the hiring manager to reply to me or from the recruiter until I messaged. Very disappointed in the process, the absolute lack of respect shown to potential candidates, and no one taking any accountability or responsibility in replying to the candidates. The sheer level of arrogance that they think is acceptable to treat people like this is a complete and utter disgrace, hopefully, it's a wake-up call as I'm sure going by other reviews, I'm not the first. I think I dodged a bullet.

The interview process was fast and efficient. The recruiting team was very informative and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I applied for the position via LinkedIn and heard from the recruiting team within a few hours. The interview process began with a phone interview then proceeded to a phone interview with a Sales Manager the following day. The final step was an on site interview where I had the chance to meet with multiple people from the Sales team including Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives and Sales Managers. I received an offer the very next day. I truly appreciated how quickly Conga moved through the interview process and found the entire experience highly organized. The recruiting team was also amazing when it came to follow up. I received calls before and after the interviews to make sure I was as prepared as possible.
