Marathon interview process where I had the chance to meet with every single member of the team. Questions focused on my understanding and passion for the social impact space, my previous internship experience, and my work style. Interview included a case study project to demonstrate my critical thinking and writing skills.

The overall start to the process was good - I had recently interned there and got the interview because I came recommended by a woman who works there. The overall process was pretty straight forward, but I was completely left hanging at the end. I sent multiple thank you emails to all four of the women I talked to plus HR and never heard back, even after multiple follow-up emails.
