First interview went fine, but I didn't get to ask any questions about the company at all. I was told twice that I'd be meeting with the "CEO" and that I was interview for a leadership position. I interviewed with another sales manager. He was kind but eventually spilled the beans: Everyone must come in @ entry level regardless of experience. They don't offer a base salary or ANY benefits, neither sick leave or insurance. They expected 8am meetings every week day but this time is not compensated. Bizarre organization and I wouldn't want to work here.
