The first interview started with a aptitude test, very practical. Then you completed an online questionnaire and 3 minute typing test and a short interview. The second interview was really to find out your managerial skills. I must say I was impressed by the level or professionalism and how well executed the entire process, truly comforting and respectful.

The interview process was very disappointing. I applied to the opportunity and received an email from the recruiter a few days later asking for day and time availability and asked to fill out a questionnaire for a phone interview. The recruiter indicated she would contact me with information about the day and time for the interview. I filled out the questionnaire after spending most of my evening constructing my answers and returning the document within the same business day. In addition, I spent a great amount of time tweaking my resume, and constructing a cover letter for this position. Needless to say, I spent a lot of time preparing for this position that truly had my interest as a great career opportunity. After returning the questionnaire with my answers, I never heard back from the recruiter. I followed back up with the recruiter a couple days later and never received a response. Truly disappointed in the process and for being left in the dark by the recruiter. It is highly recommended you revisit your policies, the importance of communication and following through when you make commitments.
