Entretien
I was interviewed in Gurgaon on a weekend. There were two technical rounds, cleared both of them. Then had a little discussion with Manager.
Next week, got an email from HR(Ruchika Kinger) to provide the documents for further processing. Two days after providing documents, received a call from HR that she has shared the intentive/sample offer letter with the salary break-up and asked me to review and acknowledge it. No discussions were held regarding salary, or HR policies and she didn't even care to ask about candidate's expectations.
After reviewing that sample offer, I called and even emailed the HR dozens of time to have a discussion regarding the same but there was no response from her side.

There are 2 technical round (e.g. L1 and L2) which I am able to clear.
1 managerial round (e.g. L3). In my decade of career I never faced this kind of person. Every answer I gave, I receive negative impression and cross question. I felt its a one sided discussion. Finally he asked who took your first round of interview.
For example:
why don't you use AI or any algorithm. I am constantly saying we have the plan to implement in near future. If company do not invest on AI related stuff or not agreed on this approach then how can employee can proceed. Moreover he was driving or inside a car and asking me turned on the video. All the best guys.

Entretien
First round was a technical round. They were mainly focused on java questions and roles and responsibility in the current project. 2nd round was manager round and then HR round. I wait for 5 days and got the offer letter.

Interview question was moderate to difficult. Apart from the technical question , interviewer was more focused on how the person is handling the situation if comes a new scenario.
