Standard process - submit CV by email or other job posting site, followed by a 40 minute interview, which is more about motivation and personal experiences, followed by language test (English for, but can be many others), and then finally interview with Team Leaders/Managers.

No technical questions, more about how would you deal with various situations in the office (when you have a high workload, conflicting situation, discussion with an irate and rude person etc.).

Entretien
Easy interviews and assessment (I had to demonstrate that I could write an email in a professional manner). Very easy questions addressed at the interview (with the recruiter and then with the hiring manager)
The interview was conducted in a professional manner. It was focused mainly on past experiences, teamwork and communication skills. The interviewer gave me the opportunity to ask questions and provided clarifications.
