The process was straightforward. I submitted my application online, completed an assessment, and then had a virtual interview. The interviewer asked about my customer service experience, how I handle difficult situations, and why I was interested in the role. They also explained the job duties, training schedule, and work expectations. After the interview, I received a conditional offer and completed the required onboarding paperwork

The interview was quick, easy, and simple. Showed me how the job was done, asked me if I thought I would do it. After I asked a couple of questions, I was offered the job.
