Quick 20min phone call with the interviewer about my tutoring and volunteering experiences with children, and some hypothetical scenario questions. It is pretty straight forward if you know how to look after children from 6 - 15.

Got an interview offer about a week after I sent in my application. Online 30 minute interview with questions like describe yourself and why you would like to work for them. Also asked about safeguarding policies as well.
