The interview included several editors at once. They asked detailed questions about news clips i provided. They were friendly, but serious. It was a bit difficult, but I got the job. The Monitor is one of the last very good small newspapers. The writing staff is fantastic, the newsest (and oldest, he came back from retirement) publisher brought negativity to the building, but it's a newspaper, and to be expected.
