Not a good experience! Webhelp contacted me with a job opportunity and an interview was scheduled. Before this interview, I had to take 3 assessment tests, and a call simulation. The interview was not terrible but not great either. Everything seemed disorganised and there was a lot of background noise. After the 1st interview, there was a 2nd interview scheduled for the next day, in the form of a sort of Role Play call. I logged in 5 minutes before the interview - unfortunately, no one showed up but me. While waiting on call, after 10/15 minutes I contacted the hiring manager via email and never got a response. I was ghosted and no one from Webhelp had the decency to contact me or answer my email.

The interview process was a serious of virtual questions you have to record yourself answering. Upon answering the questions they send an email with an assessment, typing test and speed test that must be completed in a certain time frame.

Telephone call with manager accepted afterwards told start date is right away . Joined 2 weeks later easy onboarding and training is good I enjoyed it a lot. Learnt a lot about the company
